How CG Talents & Silversea Are Redefining Luxury Service
In April 2025, CG Talents proudly hosted the fifth edition of our collaboration with Silversea Cruises, the world’s leading ultra-luxury cruise line — continuing our shared commitment to exceptional service through people-first recruitment.
This year marked a special milestone: for the first time, our Recruitment Days were held in Abu Dhabi, after previously taking place in Dubai. These exclusive three-day events were designed to identify and attract top-tier talent for key onboard roles, such as culinary, butlers, dining & bar positions, and other front-facing roles that are essential to the Silversea experience.
At CG Talents, we believe luxury hospitality isn’t just about delivering service — it’s about crafting emotion, connection, and unforgettable moments. And this begins with people: highly attuned, discreet professionals who embody elegance, empathy, and excellence.
Our role in this project included:
- Assisting the client in identifying and securing the most suitable venue for the event.
- Coordinating permits as needed.
- Arranging hotel accommodations for the team.
- Setting up and organizing the interview venue to ensure a smooth flow.
- Welcoming candidates upon arrival.
- Guiding candidates to the waiting area and escorting them to their designated interview rooms.
While we did not conduct the interviews ourselves, our focus was on ensuring a seamless, professional, and supportive experience for both the client and the candidates.
This initiative also marked the expansion of our CG Talents Hospitality Desk, now supporting bespoke recruitment globally — from private residences and boutique hotels to experiential travel brands across Europe, the Gulf, and beyond.
