Having served in operational and field roles within the industry, Charlotte has diversified her expertise across a range of esteemed companies: Barbara Bui, The Kooples, L’Oreal, Coty and Rigby & Peller. Her multifaceted experience in Retail, Merch, BD, Trade, and Global Marketing positions her uniquely to comprehend your needs and deliver ultra-personalized services. On a personal level, Charlotte's affinity for recruitment developed naturally. She possesses a genuine passion for people and derives great joy from assisting companies in building or re-building their team structures. Noa, our Marketing & Operations Specialist, initially joined our team in 2022 as Talent Acquisition Specialist, bringing with her experiences from the fashion and luxury hospitality industries.

Her journey began in the world of Parisian luxury, where she contributed to Fashion Houses such as Prada, and gained insights at the head office of Alaia. Her exploration extended into the hospitality realm, engaging with iconic venues like Laperouse and Manko in Paris. Our Talent Acquisition Consultants works on permanent and temporary contracts in both retail and head office positions. We focus on strong and long-lasting relationships in order to cover candidates & clients needs. We do it with an infectious passion for human.

Retained Services

You will have a dedicated recruiter allocated for a certain period of time depends on your needs – our most bespoke approach. You will get a full customized service adapted to your needs. Our recruitment consultant will act as an “employee” of your company. This role could be done remotely and can involve travels abroad if needed. The recruiter will be allocated 2 to 3 days per week to recruit your ideal pool of candidates.
