An Interview with Charlotte, Founder of CG-Talents
With a career that spans Miami, Paris, London, and Dubai, Charlotte brings more than a decade of expertise in Luxury, Retail, Beauty and recruitment. We asked her to share how CG Talents was born and what sets us apart.
What inspired you to start CG-Talents?
“After years of working with Global Luxury Houses – from Fashion to Cosmetics – I realized how essential the people behind a brand truly are. I saw a gap in the market for a Talent Acquisition Partner who not only understood the industry but also cared about the story behind every hire. That’s why I created CG Talents: to connect brands with talent through a human, thoughtful approach.”
What’s the meaning behind the name?
“CG stands for my initials, but also for Connection & Growth – the essence of what we aim to do for our clients & candidates.”
Expanding to the USA
CG Talents is opening its US office in Miami, Florida in 2026, formally expanding a client relationship that has been active in the American market since 2022.
